Get to Know Me
Amanda Quesada
Born and raised in North Houston, I’m very proud to be a ninth-generation Texan. I grew up here in Spring, Texas, right off of Rayford Rd⏤being able to serve the community that has always been my home is so meaningful to me.
My nursing journey began at The University of Texas School of Nursing in Houston, Texas, where I graduated with honors in 2010. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 16 years, spending the first 11 years of my career working in the Level IV NICU at Texas Children’s Hospital. I truly loved my time in the NICU, caring for some of the tiniest and most fragile patients and supporting their families through incredibly difficult and also beautiful moments.
I am fluent in both Spanish and English, and being a bilingual healthcare provider has always been a very meaningful part of the way I care for others. It has allowed me to connect more personally with my patients and families, help them feel comfortable and understood, and provide the personalized care that has always been so important to me.
After over a decade in the NICU, I never expected to find myself in aesthetics⏤my journey began when a fellow NICU nurse introduced me to the world of aesthetic medicine, and I quickly fell in love with it. I discovered a new passion in helping women feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in their own skin, and I will be forever grateful to her for inspiring, teaching, and guiding me and continuing to be an invaluable mentor and friend to me.
Outside of Allure Aesthetics, life is full with my husband of 10 years, our four children, and two dogs. My family is the center of my world, and I feel so fortunate to have built a career doing something I genuinely love that also allows me to be a present mother and wife. I’ve always been incredibly family-oriented and have been blessed to be surrounded by a very close-knit family. The relationships I have with my grandparents, parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews mean the world to me and have played a big part in shaping who I am.
Whether you’re brand new to aesthetics or have been investing in yourself for years, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the care you'll receive at Allure. I believe the best aesthetic results don’t change who you are — they simply enhance the features that already make you beautiful. My goal is to create thoughtful, natural-looking results that leave you looking refreshed, balanced, and still completely yourself.
I look forward to getting to know you and being someone you can trust with your aesthetic journey for years to come!
